Disappointed. Truly Disappointed. Paid for a triple occupancy room, in advance, during check in only a double occupancy bed. Told them to arrange an extra bed since we paid for 3. We then waited and waited in our room for the extra bed to be set up by the staff. Nobody ever arrived. Called, no response. Exhausted and tired from our long journey and work in Guwahati, we needed to rest the night. Unfortunately Nobody arrived to arrange for the bed. After 20 to 25 minutes I personally went down to speak to the manager. To my surprise, the staffs were all laughing and watching videos in their phones sitting around the dining table, they actually didn't care to serve the requirements of customers, and we were waiting and waiting for the extra bed thinking they would come.I spoke to the manager, told him what's with the bed arrangements, and he just looked at me like he doesn't want to give the extra bed. Despite we already paying full amount for 3 females. I told him it's been long we are waiting and we are tired ,need to sleep. And look at the staffs busy loitering in their phones without first completing their job. After I spoke to them that's when the manager told the staff to arrange for the bed. Had I not come down ,these people weren't gonna give us the bed.Basically, they want money without providing service and hospitality. Unethical and poor hospitality and management I would say. The manager is unprofessional, doesn't seem trained from a reputable hospitality institution. So are the staffs. Very random unskilled people with no principles and ethics in customer service. Just cleaning rooms or sitting in the computer doesn't fulfill the true purpose and culture of hospitality. Bdw, they don't even greet guests. That's the basic . I would not complain about the flooded lane outside since that's not in your control. Luckily we had our personal car. Anyways, Me and my sisters would never visit this property again nor recommend others. I really wanted to let the owners know about this ,anyways, they weren't around. But yes , cctv camera should do the job atleast. We are paying hence you are earning and running. So, learn to respect all guests types equally. And get the staffs and manager trained professionally, it will only do best for your business long term. Thankyou.

Having stayed multiple times, I can vouch for this guest house's consistent excellence - comfortable, clean rooms, quality room service, excellent fooding, and convenient car parking, truly a home away from home. Only disadvantage is the location. The road infront of the homestay gets flooded after a heavy rain during rainy season.

Rooms are good. The corridor space is good for gathering of small groups. There is no permission to bring outside foods inside the hotel and there's no scope for the same if it had rained. The road in front of yhe hotel fills with drainage water and you won't like to move outside. If you order food then do so well in advance. They have only 1 cook. I advised the staff to make only 3-4 varieties so that everyone gets the food in time. Though I ordered at 06:45 PM, I got the food at 11:15hrs and that's too the food was not what I ordered. I didn't like that as my 6 year old twin kids were too hungry. By the way the hotel is good in terms of rooms. But improvements can be done by 1. cementing on 10m road in front of the hotel for easy access and good look. 2. Take limited variety of food orders which you can prepare in time. If taking other varieties then caution the customer about the exact extra time (add 15 minutes more). 3. Make some arrangements for tea if order received for room service.
